A / s Mintos Marketplace is arranged in modern office space, which was once an exclusive apartment; setting – openness, coziness, brightness.

FinTech company Mintos started its work in 2014 and previously leased small office space on Valdemaras Street. As the turnover and number of employees increased, the previous office became narrow, so search for new place was on. “We looked at at least ten offices until we found these 300 m2 of spacious rooms located in the center of Skanste. Previously, there was a flat, but we completely changed the plan, we removed a large part of the partition to create an open office, “says Mārtiņš Šulte, chairman and co-founder of the board of a/s Mintos Marketplace.

In 2014, there were four people working on the idea of creating a mutual lending platform Mintos, but now the company has 23 employees. More than half of the employees are programmers.
